Project is born
- Sept, 2002 -
With the goal of becoming the first FIed S54 M, the project begin its life.
- Vortech SC is installed.
- Stock intake manifold is modified so that more fuel can be supplied to each throttle body. This is the idea that later yield to 6 additional injectors.

- Sept & Oct, 2002 -
Trial and error yield to the conclusion that custom intake manifold is needed for S54 forced induction.
- First custom made all aluminum intake manifold for S54.
- Notice 6 additional fuel lines, but no injectors yet.
- No aftercooler at this point.

- Nov, 2002 -
Based on custom aluminum intake manifold design, the first aftercooled custom intake manifold is born.
- First custom made all aluminum intake manifold for S54 with built in aftercooler core.
(During testing and tuning, the manifold could not hold the pressure, luptured, and got patched up)
- Two large injectors between SC air outlet and intake manifold inlet.

- July, 2003 -
Another version of intake manifold was received in March, 2003. However with lack of anyone to tune the car, the car was parked until July.
- All aluminum intake manifold for S54 with build in aftercooler core and 6 additional injectors.
- The car was drivable at this point despite of idle surges and no WOT tuning.

Another version of intake manifold was received in May, 2004.
- All aluminum intake manifold for S54 with built in aftercooler core and 6 additional injectors.
- Osh personally came to my house to work on the car.
